CLAREX® PRECISION THIN SHEET – (poly-methyl methacrylate) affords unsurpassed optical properties, excellent uniform thickness (from .008 inch) and surface smoothness with high transmission rates and minimum optical distortion. Several surface options are available.
APPLICATIONS – LCD protective windows, camera and lens covers, sensor & light filters, architectural models, microfluidics substrate, and more.
THICKNESS – 0.2 | 0.3 | 0.4 | 0.5 | 0.6 | 0.7 | 0.8 | 1.0 | 1.2 | 1.5 | 2.0 | 2.5 | 3.0 | 3.5 | 4.0 | 4.5 | 5.0mm. Ultra thin sheets are available. Thicknesses as low as 0.008". We can also produce 0.004” as special order.
SIZE – 400mm x 550mm is standard. For clear uncoated glossy sheets 0.5mm and greater, our standard size is 500mm x 500mm. Please contact us to discuss custom sheet size options.
MACHINING / PRINTING - Available to customer specification.
