During these uncertain times, Astra Products continues to make the safety of our customers and employees our highest priority.

In response to the concerns about COVID-19 (coronavirus), we have reviewed safety and cleanliness procedures with our employees as well as implementing new, additional safety measures. We want to assure you that Astra Products is monitoring all recommendations from local health officials, the CDC, and industry groups that assist in coordinating efforts.

We are remaining open with regular hours as usual. If anything changes, we will post those changes immediately.

  • Astra Products has communicated with our supply chain partners to ensure uninterrupted supply to prevent any impact to our customers.
  • None of our products are sourced from any of the identified global hot spots. We have been assured by suppliers that everything is working as usual.
  • We recognize that there are growing concerns with the availability of air freight, but we have not had any issues to date.
  • We know that the situation is fluid. As a result, we have taken steps to increase inventories of critical materials to address any potential challenges.
  • We have implemented additional sanitation activities at our locations and developed plans to segregate teams of employees in the event the outbreak reaches our area.
  • At this time, there are no known future supply issues; however, should any arise, we will work diligently to find solutions, maintain our customers’ trust, and provide updates as conditions warrant.
